BEES was originally formed in 1999 as ‘Bowers Electrical Engineering Services’. Our focus then was on electrical engineering but as our customers’ needs have evolved so has the business. Today we are a nationwide and international specialist in machine control & automation as well as decontamination equipment.
We remain a family-owned business and have grown from a dedicated niche operation to a specialist team deployed across four separate departments, offering you a complete design, build and maintenance service for all your machinery requirements.

It’s important to continually invest in the next generation of engineers, which is why we believe in recruiting and nurturing new talent from within the business. The in-house Apprenticeship programme continually helps towards business development and the expansion of our work force.
The Apprenticeship programme is designed to do this. A unique opportunity to work across the different business sectors and learn all aspects of electrical and mechanical engineering. You will undertake a nationally recognised qualification and workplace training whilst you earn. We work with the local relevant training authorities to give you ongoing support and guidance.
