Would you, or do you know someone that is looking for a change in career?
Perhaps you started out your working life not knowing what you wanted to do and now, some years later wish you had chosen a different path or had the opportunity to do so now.
Do you feel that your current role isn’t as fulfilling as it used to be with no future prospects to grow your skills?
If you are looking to enhance your abilities, are keen to learn, work well within a team then we are hiring and looking for you.
BEES are an Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Organisation who specialise in the design and build of machinery in the Machine Control & Automation industry as well as the maintenance and validations of Decontamination Machinery.
Due to our continued growth we are looking for a motivated, punctual, keen to learn individual who must have a great attitude to join our team as a trainee panel builder. No qualifications or experience required as in house training will be given.
BENEFITS:
- Supplied Uniform
- Continuous Training
- 23 Days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Staff Gym (coming soon)
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Role:
Your initial role would start out by learning how to mechanically build and assemble control panels whilst learning how to read electrical schematics (drawings) and wire control panels from the schematics. As we are such a diverse company, we have many avenues for development. As you grow your in-house skills, you may choose to take on another role within the company from learning how to program and use our router, lathe or milling machinery or perhaps turn your hand to welding. We like to promote and advance our team in-house so there are opportunities to move to one of our other departments for example, medical and scientific where you could train to become a decontamination service engineer or perhaps you have a flare for sales and decide to join our ever-growing sales force. If you are more inclined to learn design skills, we also have a design department where you could take on learning CAD, creating electrical and mechanical drawings and develop programming skills of PLC’s and HMI’s, the opportunities are endless and plentiful.
BEES is a family run business and views its employees as an extension of that family where friendships are formed and each and every one of us support and encourage each other to choose a role they not only excel in but love.
